North America Orders (all US States excluding HI, AK and Puerto Rico): $12 shipping for economy shipping (5-8 business days). $30 shipping for standard shipping (3-4 business days). $75 shipping for express shipping (1-2 business days).   • Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes
  • International orders are sent via the least expensive option unless instructed otherwise by the customer

Returns

Agave strives to provide exceptional and satisfying customer experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from agaveoil.com, we will issue a refund or exchange. In order to process your refund or exchange, please call our Customer Service line at 323-370-6855 Ext.102 to speak with a representative Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time) or by email at info@agaveoil.com.

  • Used liquids that have been previously opened are not eligible for refunds. Only sealed product will qualify for returns or exchanges. 
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of their original purchase date.*
  • For non-damage related returns, product must be returned, damage-free and in good working order in order to receive a full refund.
  • Returns must include a copy of the receipt and a fully completed Web Order Return Form
  • Refunds will be processed through PayPal once item is received. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
  • Cost of shipping is nonrefundable.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped.
  • Any free product or gift must accompany the return along with the packing sheet to receive a refund to the payment method used on agaveoil.com
