Agave strives to provide exceptional and satisfying customer experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from agaveoil.com, we will issue a refund or exchange. In order to process your refund or exchange, please call our Customer Service line at 323-370-6855 to speak with a representative Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M. - Products must be returned within 30 days of their original purchase date.*
- For non-damage related returns, product must be returned, damage-free and in good working order in order to receive a full refund.
- Returns must include a copy of the receipt and a fully completed Web Order Return Form
- Refunds will be processed through PayPal once item is received. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
- Cost of shipping is nonrefundable.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped.
- Any free product or gift must accompany the return along with the packing sheet to receive a refund to the payment method used on agaveoil.com
