- Products must be returned within 30 days of their original purchase date.*
- For non-damage related returns, product must be returned, damage-free and in good working order in order to receive a full refund.
- Returns must include a copy of the receipt and a fully completed Web Order Return Form
- Refunds will be processed through Pay Pal once tool is received. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
- Cost of shipping is nonrefundable
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped.
